  The communication between borrowers and librarians is smooth, if something is ruined or scratched people will tell a staff member and it will be taken off the shelf immediately and replaced.

  There is a massive zone to chill out, read, do work with very comfy chairs, a few tables, and heaps of power outlets and charging points. There are chargers built into some of the sofas, it's incredible. I love using those to charge my laptop while I do some work.

  One of the calmest places in Ellenbrook, as a Library should be. It brings out the best in the community.

  There is a large assortment of books, fiction and non-fiction. There is also a very large collection of different kinds of magazines, from technology to baking. Compatible with Zinio.

  There is a colour printer and a black and white printer, which can print A3 and A4. You have to pay to use them but it's pretty much always under a dollar, it varies depending on the amount of ink needed, how big the paper is, and if it's in colour or not.

  There's a big kids section and you almost never have to worry about your peace being broken by a loud toddler. It's very quiet and peaceful and there's a lot of room.

  There is one CD shelf that is often well mantained (alphabetised properly, large range of genres, CDs don't lean out of the shelf from being packed in too close) and if there is a scratched CD it will often be replaced pretty quickly.

  But they should stop teenagers for making noise , watching videos on internet on laud voice in library as people come to read and study, they need quite atmosphere for that purpose,

  Students can often be found here due to lots of schools in the area, and the fact that the library is attached to a school. They aren't often very rowdy though and are promptly asked to stop or asked to leave if they aren't doing the right thing.
